Tasting note
The playful aromas of Centurio Primitivo of black plum, apricot and anise express a lot of finesse with a very unique structure. Afterwards, the refreshing nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry reveal their own character. Medium-bodied and distinctive acidity result in the red wine, which shows a lot of character and class harmoniously with fine tannins in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is slightly chilled 15°-17°C. Flaschenpost team tip: Centurio Primitivo goes perfectly with Brasato, red meat and spicy hard cheese.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: From a plot with vines that are over 100 years old in some cases. Harvested by hand, fermented on the skins and aged for 20 months in French barriques.
