About the wine
The Servin winery is located in the heart of Chablis and has been run by the family of the same name for seven generations. Today, traditional methods are combined with modern techniques to guarantee consistently the highest quality of the wines and to preserve the inimitable Servin style.
Tasting note
Medium lemon yellow, white and yellow fruits on the nose, peaches and apples along with the typical minerality. Aromatic on the palate with a nice depth and a slightly salty finish.

Vinification
After selective harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It also breaks down malolactic acids, which gives the wine additional complexity.
