About the wine
If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this dominant Chardonnay — Chablis AC! The gritty, sloping soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Chardonnay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour knows how to use them and delights us with this white wine. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Chardonnay is ideal to serve with fish with herbs or soft cheese.
Tasting note
In the glass, pale yellow color with green reflections. Floral on the nose with honeysuckle and citrus notes. On the palate, Louis Latour's Chablis is characterized by its freshness and balance with aromas of grapefruit and almonds.
