Champagne Penet | The philosophy of the house is to develop completely dry champagne, on the one hand, to make the terroir speak better of lime and chalk and, on the other hand, to allow a finer expression of the fruit. Both work the better the less dosage is added to the champagne. To ensure that the minerality and acidity are not too concise, almost all champagnes in the house contain a large proportion of red wine grapes. All this brings finesse, great expression and, in spite of everything, always meltness and suppleness.
