The winemaker from the French winery Fleury greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Champagne countryside. Bio
Tasting note
A small top-class winery that has been producing champagne under its own name since 1929. Switched to biodynamic cultivation in 1989 and voted Winemaker of the Year by Gault&Millot four years later. Since then, there has been a real run on this champagne. Grape variety: Pinot Noir and a little Chardonnay.
