Bright and clear and white on the nose, white flowers, white fruits. Flows like white silk, caresses the palate, bubbles silky soft. Starts off strong with citrus notes, fresh green apple, white fruit, fluffy white peach, pear - accompanied by soft white salt, fleur de sel.
