Billecart-Salmon has been owned by the same family for almost 200 years and is now managed by François Roland-Billecart in the 7th generation. It is a long tradition that is maintained with a lot of love. But prestige and tradition alone are not enough to stand up to the big champagne houses, the quality must be right and that is the case here.
