About the wine
We have a special, strong sparkling wine for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the French winery Alain Thiénot greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Champagne countryside. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you serve this sparkling wine with oysters or fish dishes.

Tasting note
Sparkling light pink; complex fruit notes on the nose; fine berry aromas mixed with fresh citrus nuances. Balanced and delicate on the palate; slightly stronger structure in the rosé, but still nice and creamy soft and pleasantly sparkling on the palate. Not too dry the end - very good balance.
Culinary recommendation
An elegant accompaniment to grilled crustaceans, mussels or an aperitif with exotic finger food.
Vinification
After normal fermentation of the individual grape musts in stainless steel tanks and subsequent blending, bottle fermentation follows on the yeast. The bottles are upside down and are regularly shaken. After “disgorging” and a further short maturation in the bottle, the champagne is sold.
