About the wine

Tasting note
Beautifully sparkling golden yellow. The nose is refreshing and noble at the same time; light peach and citrus flavor, mixed with delicate yeast and nut aromas. Soft and pleasantly sparkling on the palate. Not too dry the end - very good balance.
Culinary recommendation
An elegant accompaniment to grilled crustaceans, mussels or an aperitif with exotic finger food.
Vinification
After normal fermentation of the individual grape musts in stainless steel tanks and subsequent blending, bottle fermentation follows on the yeast. These wines mature for several years and are regularly shaken. After “disgorging” and a further short maturation in the bottle, the champagne is sold.
