Tasting note
On the nose: The Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2006 impresses with its ripe and complex bouquet. At the beginning, you notice notes of cocoa and dark spices, which then quickly develop into fruity aromas. The fruity notes of roasted fig, apricot and candied orange are dominant. On the palate: The full-bodied wine is predominant — it lasts a long time with incomparable juiciness and determines the sweetness and intensity of the aromas. The silky taste melts into a soft, deep and finely divided structure with a touch of herbal notes. The wine impresses with a strong mineral character.
