About the wine

A blend of pure Pinot Noir from Grands Cru Bouzy. MV stands for Multi Vintages, wine usually from one base year with reserve wines from the previous year. An elegant and rich wine, with plums and raspberries on the nose, balanced on the palate with fresh salty notes.

Tasting note
Blend of two Grand Cru champagnes, Bouzy and Chouilly. Bouzy Pinot Noir offers structure and firmness and Chardonnay Chouilly offers lightness and flexibility. The Grand Cru is a blend of wines from multiple harvests. About 20% of the blend consists of old wines. Maturation on lees for at least 36 months.
