Subtle citrus notes balanced by lush aromas of roasted tropical fruits and sun-ripened wheat. On the palate, there is liveliness - fleshy fruit, interrupted by the tanginess of citrus fruits. The balance and spicy structure continue until an edgy, salty finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with fish, poultry and cheese, but also wonderful with Indian cuisine, especially tandoori dishes.
