About the wine
A champagne with personality! Old vines and the Réserve Perpétuelle process create a wonderful complexity.
Tasting note
Light golden color with elegant perlage, aromatic and pure nose of yellow fruits and ripe citrus fruits. Perfect balance and complexity with a good bite on the palate. Lots of character with a dry and persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif. It also goes well with oily fish, shellfish, mild cheeses and soft cheeses.
Vinification
Fermentation with selected yeasts in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit and freshness. The fineness and depth are based on a stable wine reserve made up of all harvests from 1992 to 2019 and 50% from the 2019 vintage. This wine, from a selection of Pinot Meunier plots, ages “on slats” for at least four years, which gives it more complexity.
