About the wine
As a tribute to the origin of their vines and their rich history, the winemakers have chosen the name PRESTIGE DES SACRES for their champagne and a packaging design with royal colors and symbols. Today, the 60 winemakers of PRESTIGE DES SACRES champagne write their own story based on a shared passion. They are committed to the values passed on from generation to generation and cultivate their vines with well-thought-out and considered methods to offer the best grapes.

Tasting note
Nice yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, a fine bouquet unfolds with notes of granny apple, almonds, grapefruit peels and autumn leaves. The start is pretty rich yet gentle. After a calming start, the acidity and sparkling wine bring freshness and rhythm to the wine. A rich and long finish with iodine-rich and smoky notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood such as fried scallops, tuna, prawns, crawfish... as well as goat cheese or with fine, aged Italian cheeses such as Parmesan or Pecorino
