About the wine

The winemaker from the French winery Delouvin Nowack grows this wine in the Champagne countryside. Tasting note
Cherry red color, intense nose with fresh-fruity aromas of red berries and pickled cherries, discreet floral and with subtle notes of nuts. Complex on the palate, complex, fruity and slightly spicy, with great elegance and a fine creamy perlage. Distinctive body and silky structure with a long-lasting vinous finish.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team tip: Champagne Ravage Rosé Brut Nature AC goes well with rack of lamb, hard cheese and veal tenderloin.
Vinification
This Brut Nature (Zero Dosage) is based on the Cuvée Sauvage, which is mixed with red vinified Pinot Meunier. The grapes for the red wine come from the Chaillets Loupettes plot. The ageing took place in wooden barrels for two years, followed by maturation for about 48 months on the lees in the bottle. Just 504 bottles were bottled. Consists of grapes from the 2013, 2014 and 2015 vintages. Date de dégorgement: 03.2021
