After contact with air, the notes of citrus fruits are replaced by iodine-rich and chocolaty nuances, which have a touch of resinous spice (cedar). On the palate, the wine is extremely tasty, flattering and elegant. The velvety texture leaves their place to delicate, spicy notes. Fruity palate that is almost reminiscent of liqueur and has an energetic effect thanks to fresh, iodine-rich notes. In the finale, seductive notes of chocolate are combined with the freshness of the limestone and create a long, pure, saline impression.
