Tasting note
The nose is characterized by roasted apples and dried honey fruits. Full-bodied and rich fruit character, multi-faceted and spicy on the palate. A pure-bred champagne.

Vinification
This pure Pinot Meunier is made up of 50% of the 2016 vintage champagne and 50% of the perpetual reserve wine, a Solera that began in 1992 and consists of more than 20 harvests. The wine matured “sur lattes” for 60 months and was bottled as Extra Brut.
