Tasting note
It impresses with its fine and balanced style and its wonderful, slightly golden color. Very discreet at the beginning, reminiscent of citrus fruits with hints of lilac and litchi. Delicate and regular beads
Vinification
During the blending, wines of the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grape varieties are married. This is followed by the second fermentation in the cool cellars, during which the aromas of the various wines merge into unique cuvées.
