Light straw yellow with greenish reflections — the nose shows intense and complex fruit notes of quince, passion fruit and guava, complemented by secondary notes of lemongrass, fresh brioche and spicy notes of white pepper. On the palate, the wine is extremely fresh and crisp with racy grapefruit notes and the repetitive aromas of passion fruit, quince and lemongrass.
