Light golden yellow - on the nose with lots of fruit of quince and ripe yellow peach, plus a fresh hint of lemongrass. On the palate, the wine is almost full-bodied with once again a lot of pronounced fruit of grilled pineapples and ripe peaches, but this is wonderfully balanced by a slightly green “touch”. The pleasantly creamy texture of this Chenin Blanc is also due to the aging in wooden barrels.
