About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly landscape beauty in Schaffhausen, there is no way around this white wine, which the Swiss winery Stefan Gysel masters with a keen sense of texture. You will certainly have a lot of fun with the fine Aagne Chardonnay AOC, which was produced in 2013.
Tasting note
Die Farbe ist lindgrün schimmernd, durchzogen mit honiggelben Re exen. Aromen von Zitrus, Melone und reifer Ananas präsentieren sich in der Nase. Die vielschichtige Aromastruktur, zusammen mit dem fülligen und lang anhaltenden Körper, machen das Gaumenerlebnis aus.

Various starters, fish, raclette, fondue, terrines, etc.
Vinification
Edelstahltank, temperaturkontrollierte Gärung, ohne BSA (kein Säureabbau), Ausbau auf der Feinhefe, anschliessende Filtration Füllung nach 5-7 Mt. Ausbau.
