About the wine
Schola Sarmenti, home to beautiful walls from the nineteenth century, stands on vineyards with autochthonous grape varieties with up to 80-year-old vines, which are cultivated skillfully and patiently. Only the best grapes are selected for the harvest, which were allowed to grow in an environment of respect and love for nature.

Tasting note
Pale yellow color. Delightful floral bouquet with a touch of vanilla and fresh flowers. Chardonnay Candora is very balanced, aromatic and fresh on the palate, with intense citrus notes and subtle floral notes.
