Tasting note
Brilliant, light lemon yellow of medium density color, iridescent grey-golden reflections. Very pure, fresh-fruity aromas of mirabelles and nectarines, lively vegetal and floral notes of violets and roses. The very long, velvety start is followed by juicy acidity and rich palate aromas of seductive candied fruit and a subtle minerality. Quality: Fresh and with complex aromas.

Goes well with risotto varieties, poultry and fish.
