Tasting note
Vivid straw yellow with a greenish tinge. The bouquet is reminiscent of exotic fruits such as banana, pineapple and ripe apples. On the palate, harmonious, fresh, very soft with a persistent finish.

Goes well with fish appetizers, seafood, white meat, risotto or cheese dumplings.
