With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss Domaine Des Rothis this white wine in the fertile landscape of Geneva. With the dominant white wine 2018 — Chardonnay Genève AOC, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with poultry or goat cheese.
Tasting note
This cru is built on the slopes of Dardagny. It is characterized by its pale yellow color. In the nose, we recognize citrus fruits. On the palate, it is fresh with pineapple aromas and a pleasant acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with aperitif and fish.
