About the wine
We have a special, dominant white wine from 2013 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Enchanting landscapes in Vienna give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian Weingut Wieninger conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpost team promises a culinary experience if you offer this Chardonnay with truffles or fish with herbs.
Bio
Tasting note
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicate roasted aromas, fine yellow apple fruit, a hint of caramel, nuances of orange zest. Complex, full-bodied, ripe yellow tropical fruit, fine wood spice, very good length, some nougat in the aftertaste, safe ripening potential.
Culinary recommendation
With starters, terrines and pies, fish and seafood, Asian dishes and hard and soft cheeses.
Vinification
12 to 15 months in new and used barriques.
