About the wine
A must for connoisseurs, this strong white wine 2016 — Chardonnay Janina! Fertile and graceful landscapes of the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Eikendal conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Chardonnay with goat cheese or poultry.

Tasting note
Bright, brilliant yellow. On the nose, wonderful honey notes, accompanied by notes of ripe apples, gooseberries, orange and lemon peel. Fresh and lively on the palate with a nice minerality. Pleasant finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with salad buffets, appetizers, fish dishes and poultry.

Expansion in stainless steel tanks.
