Tasting note
Chardonnay Kreuth impresses with its balanced acidity, creamy structure and elegant aromas. Thanks to its complexity and mineral note, this strong Chardonnay from the Terlan DOC area has a long lifespan.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light dishes, asparagus dishes, fish and veal.
Vinification
Harvesting and selecting grapes by hand, gently pressing and clarifying the must through natural sedimentation of the debris. Slow fermentation at controlled temperature. Partial acid degradation and maturation for 10 months on fine yeast in partly stainless steel (50%), partly in wooden barrels (50%).
