About the wine
Robert Eden from Château Maris in southern France is a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture. He took over the estate in 1994, but discovered that the grapes did not taste good. He nurtured the vines with compost and biodynamic preparations. Today, the plants are so healthy that he can even do without sulfites.

Tasting note
This delicately fruity white wine reveals an open nose with floral notes as well as aromas of yellow fruits and some vanilla. On the palate, a nice balance and apple notes. A fresh, fruity wine with an exciting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: short shelf life (up to 4 years). Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Chardonnay Organic IGP Pays d'Oc goes well with asparagus, goat cheese and soft cheese.
Vinification
Direct pressing, vinification without sulfur, fermentation at low temperature, aging on the yeast (without stirring).
