About the wine
Spoil your family and friends at Christmas dinner with this dominant white wine 2019 — Chardonnay Salento IGP. Fertile and blooming landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Le Vigne di Sammarco conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with fish with herbs or soft cheese.
Tasting note
Inviting aromas reminiscent of citrus, apple, fresh apricot and a bit of honey. Very juicy and finely aromatic, with an appetizing length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried fish and seafood salads, fresh goat cheese, melon with raw ham.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve freshness and grape varietal character.
