About the wine

The fully ripe grapes are harvested at the end of August and lightly pressed. The must is cooled to 10° Celsius. The Càntele family founded the company in 1979. With continuous quality research, the family has won an important position for the company among the wineries and wineries in Salento and has been able to assert itself permanently on foreign markets. The company's philosophy is to produce the best grapes to meet its own ambitious goals.
