Tasting note
A wine of bright yellow color and balanced flowers of pineapple and banana. Full of character, well-structured and pleasantly salty on the tongue. The partial ageing in oak barrels gives this wine a lot of strength and elegance.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, matured for 7 months on the first lees with regular batonnage in large oak barrels, 50% are fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 7 months on the fine lees
