About the wine
In the north of the city of Bordeaux are the gravelly, gravelly soils that offer the winemaker from the French winery Château Batailley everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. Tasting note
Deep purple, rich in the middle, garnet shimmer on the edge. Open, sweet bouquet showing lots of ripe plums and underlaid with a full-bodied milk chocolate tone. Incredibly supple and juicy on the palate, has a lot of melting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hard cheeses.
Vinification
A Bordeaux blend which was stored for 18 months in French barriques (55% new). This results in a typical Pauillac with cassis aromas and good structure.
