Baroque palate opening with dense berry fruit. blackberries, plums and black cherries. Round, juicy with a hint of licorice. Noble woody notes with a touch of mocha and licorice. Impressive and perfectly integrated, robust tannins.

Goes well with roast beef, entrecote, tenderloin, lamb, venison, pheasant, guinea fowl, wild duck, goose, duck breast, rabbit, pot roast and mature cheeses.
