About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2000 Château Croizet-Bages 5ème Grand Cru MC, wooden box. The gravelly, clayey soils in the north of the city of Bordeaux form the breeding ground for this Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaker from the French winery Château Croizet-Bages knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or red meat.
Tasting note
Dark purple. Delicate aromas of cassis, elderberry and blackberries as well as some vanilla and toasted notes. Medium to full body on the palate with elegant tanning and a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushroom, duck breast, lamb, beef tenderloin and cheese appetizers.
