This cuvée by Stephan Graf von Neipperg is an impressive example of how a great wine can be made with dedication and know-how. This Bordeaux from Château d'Aiguilhe from the still little-known region of Côtes de Castillon combines a delicate, intense aroma of ripe fruits and distinctive aromas with a tasty texture of great density and sustainability. The characteristic thing about this wine: wonderful to enjoy in its youth; delicate after a few years of bottle aging.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vegetables, lamb gigot, drumsticks, lamb grilled meats, beef tenderloin stroganoff and beef grilled meats.
