Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this powerful Chasselas 2019 — Château de Chardonne Premier Grand Cru! The winemaker from the Swiss winery Obrist has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the beautiful and sunny landscape of Vaud. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve these chasselas with cheese platters or poultry.

Tasting note
Strong golden yellow accompanied by silver-gray reflections. Intensely floral with aromas of acacia and hawthorn flowers, spicy notes, in particular tonka bean and a touch of pepper. Fresh and sleek, fruity on the palate. Long-lasting, wonderfully balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with asparagus, crab cocktail, moules marinières, grilled crustaceans, sauerkraut, chicken à l'orange, liverwurst, raclette, fondue, recent mountain cheese.
