About the wine
The gravelly soils in Bordeaux offer the winemaker from the French wine estate Château du Retout everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. We have a special, powerful Cabernet Sauvignon for you, which will cause enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from the bottle's purveyors: This Cabernet Sauvignon can be served excellently with red meat or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Exudes a scent of abundance, maturity, complexity and a sensual zest for life. This is already pure pleasure, even on the palate. The tannins are of the highest quality, give the wine a proud structure, but are perfectly combined with masses of deliciously sweet extract. The aromas are intense, rich and complex, and the harmony is right down to the last detail.
Culinary recommendation
For red meat, pizza with mushrooms and ribeye steak, Flaschenpöstler recommend this Chateau du Retout Cru Bourgeois Haut-Medoc. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2040.
