About the wine
This Cabernet Sauvignon draws its power and energy from the clayey, gravelly soils in the north of the city of Bordeaux. The winemaker from the French winery Château Ducru-Beaucaillou transforms it into a real treat with great emotion. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent with pizza with mushrooms or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
The playful scent spectrum of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma character and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape its individual texture. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows plenty of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect serving temperature for the red wine is slightly chilled 17°-19°C. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with ribeye steak, pizza with mushrooms and Gruyère burgers.
