About the wine
The gravelly soils in Bordeaux form the breeding ground for this Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaker from the French winery Château La Lagune knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Combine this cabernet sauvignon with pizza with mushrooms or red meat.

Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of character with a very individual structure. Afterwards, the playful nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with pizza with mushrooms, red meat and Gruyère burgers. Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 18°-20°C. The recommended enjoyment phase of this wine is in the following period: at least 9 years.
