Tasting note
Rich purple garnet, dense in the middle, purple shimmer on the outside. Sublime, profound bouquet, black plums, cassis, wild blackberries, dark leather, black chocolate and also some mint. Fleshy palate, lots of blackberry substance, dense tannins, healthy yet subtle astringency.

Vinification
About a third of the wine was carefully aged in barrels and the wines from the barrels were then recombined with the wines from the steel tanks. The ultimate goal has always been to preserve the fresh and crisp acidity, but at the same time to strengthen the wine with light vanilla tones without dominating the floral elements.
