About the wine
Château Lynch-Bages has been owned by the Lynch family, originally from Ireland, for 75 years. Comte Jean-Baptiste Lynch was mayor of Bordeaux in the 18th century. The 90 hectares of vineyards of Château Lynch-Bages are located on the highest plateau (Plateau de Bages) of the famous municipality of Pauillac in Haut-Médoc, not far from the Châteaux Latour, Mouton and Lafite Rothschild. Listed in 1855 as 5ème cru classé.

Tasting note
The wine is harmoniously balanced, impresses with its deep dark, almost black color and is generous and lavish in bouquet and taste. Lots of spicy fruit with roasted aromas and vanilla from the use of wood. In the mouth, the power of tannins is released, but without the slightest aggressiveness. The wine is full, silky and elegant with a beautiful structure.
Culinary recommendation
^^Perfect with pizza with mushrooms, hard cheese, red meat and ribeye steak.
