Tasting note
Dark, rich garnet with purple shimmer. Very fragrant bouquet of cassis blossoms, mint tones, black chocolate and ripe black berries; absolutely delicate and refreshing. On the palate, fine, silky tannins that are beautifully laid out, long body, almost delicate and with a class that is far above a cinquième. Thanks to the many refinements, it will soon offer an initial digestibility.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for pizza with mushrooms, red meat and ribeye steak.
Vinification
The aging takes place over 18 months in 75% new oak.
