Tasting note
The refreshing fragrance spectrum of Chateau Marquis d'Alesme 3e Cru Classe Margaux AOC of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape its individual texture. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which is pleasant with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class. This top wine was awarded with: Wine-Spctator 90 points, Falstaff 90 points, Weinwisser 17 points, Parker 90-92 points.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 5-20 years.
