About the wine

This Cabernet Sauvignon draws its power and energy from the gravelly, calcareous soils on the western bank of the Garonne. The winemaker from the French winery Château Pavie transforms it into a real treat with great emotion. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Combine this Cabernet Sauvignon with red meat or Gruyère burgers.

Tasting note
Dark ruby red color with full-bodied fruit reminiscent of cassis and plum as well as spicy nuances. On the palate, it is still relatively closed with hard tannins that show its longevity.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for red meat, Gruyère burgers and ribeye steak. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 18°-20°C.
