About the wine

Built in the 19th century and opposite the Gioronde, Château Phélan-Ségur is now run by Xavier Gardinier and his three sons. Their wines are powerful, concentrated and balanced. Lots of French refinement - straight from Bordeaux!

Tasting note
Dark purple with a ruby red rim. In the bouquet, plum tones and a hint of violets. Fruity with an elegant length, at the same time underlaid, well-stocked tannins with a velvety texture.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, lamb, Mediterranean cuisine and Chateaubriand with Béarnaise sauce.
