From 45-year-old vines. Powerful and spicy aroma with graphite notes.
Vinification
From 45-year-old vines. The vinification is carried out using gravity in concrete tanks in order to intervene as little as possible. A third of the wines are stored in clay amphoras, the rest in barriques.
