About the wine
The small Tour de Pez winery is located in the privileged area of St-Estèphe, one of the four supporting pillars of the Bordeaux Médoc, near the hamlet of Pez. The first-class terroir, exemplary vinification and a sensitive, sophisticated wine philosophy of this family business lead to a wonderfully forest-berry, classic, excellently structured Bordeaux on the level of a cru classé. Bordeaux shows its true strengths here in every respect: these character wines are among the best “values” worldwide.
Tasting note
The fruity aromas of Château Tour De Pez Cru Bourgeois St-Estèphe AC of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of complexity with a very unique structure. The fruity nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper then reveal their own character. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation

Our recommendation: The ideal drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled 16°-18°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2020.
