About the wine
Les Sinards provides great drinking pleasure even at a young age. The Perrin family obtains it mainly from the young vines of Beaucastel and a neighboring vineyard. Thanks to the high proportion of Grenache, it brings a lot of juicy fruit into the glass and at the same time has good aging potential.

Tasting note
Wonderful, ruby red, brilliant color. The nose is breathtaking with beguiling notes of fresh plum and mild spices. On the palate, the wine is complex, full-bodied and smooth with aromas of raspberry and pepper, before ending in a long, elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Enjoy this wine with entrecote, café de Paris, veal cheeks, Chateaubriand, Tournedos Rossini or leg of lamb with rosemary injus. It also goes well with dark meats such as braised beef, lamb and game dishes.
Vinification
After arrival in the cellar, the grapes are selected. Some of the Syrah grapes are completely vinified, while another part with Grenache grapes is destemmed. After vinification, the wines are tasted and the appropriate blend is determined. The wine is then aged in Fudern for two years.
