About the wine
With the delicious Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc from 2015, you will pleasantly surprise your guests. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine St. Préfert has absolutely mastered his craft. Quality and nobility are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the remote, untouched landscape of the Côtes du Rhône.
Tasting note
Golden yellow shimmer, medium gold reflections, colourproof. After aeration, aromas of apricots, ripe yellow plums, vegetal notes, nutty, balsamic, reminiscent of resin and beeswax. Medium volume, subtle minerality, present, good tannins in the middle and finish, slightly warming on the palate. A rarity with great potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish cannelloni and coq au vin blanc.
